Was surprised how fast the delivery was to Hoppers Crossing in Australia. The Team at Mobot have been extremely helpful, with prompt replies to any questions I had.
Could have done with USB charging point; maybe it could be incorporated in the next model update? Have had them on previous mobility scooters.
Have looked at how I can attach a basket at the front without affecting the steering of the scooter, having an engineering background, I am sure I can come up with a solution.
At first, I was a little sceptical about the slow initial take-off speed, before reaching the 7 KPM max speed. But I believe that this function possibly saved my life! I was recently crossing a set of traffic lights which displays a sign “Give Way to Pedestrians” with a red arrow for the turning left traffic.
As I started to cross the road 4WD ute turned against the red arrow at a relative high speed. Had I had been on one of my previous scooters that were quite quick off-the-mark, the 4WD ute would have certainly hit me, resulting in a tragic result.

Very good service regarding delivery. Useful assistance from Bobby when a slight problem was experienced with customs clearance. Scooter works well, & the battery capacity, with the 20Ah battery, is good. The unit is well made & we are very happy.

Ordered online, site was easy to navigate and product descriptions were very informative. I purchased my Scooter on the Sunday evening before Christmas and took delivery of it, as scheduled, on the morning of Tuesday 24th December. The driver was really pleasant and chatty as he delivered the package into my home. Fantastic all round, very pleased, Thank you!

Unbelievable folding size and lightweight. I have no issues folding it and lifting it in the boot. Handy having the charging gear in a zipped pocket on the side.
As well as a removable battery on the side.

Bough the Flexi Titan for my dad, great product and he loves it.

I order came yesterday, it was really good and comfortable, this scooter is very compactable so that can place where ever. Now, I am really enjoying it.

The admin is very helpful and provides exceptional service beyond her call of duty. Million thanks... Will definitely recommend Mobot.

This wheelchair is great overall. Light and portable as promised, easy to fold, beautiful carbon design. Happy with my purchase xx

Takes a while to get use to as the joystick is sensitive. Not sure about the charging yet.
