• Pricing and Payment: All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Mobility scooters and motorized wheelchairs sold by Mobot are exempt from GST under the GST Act Schedule 3 and subsection 38-45(1). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

3. Orders and Payment Terms

• Order Acceptance: Orders are considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or product unavailability.
• Payment Methods: We accept payment through various online methods. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.
• Shipping: Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Please refer to the policy for full details on shipping costs and timeframes.

4. Returns and Refunds

• We do not provide refunds or accept returns for any products purchased on this site. All sales are final once payment has been made.
• Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 60 minutes of placing it. Unfortunately, after this time, we are unable to make any changes to your order before it is dispatched.

5. Warranty

• Our products come with a 1-year limited warranty for mobility scooters and electric wheelchairs, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
• This warranty does not include damage from regular wear and tear, improper use, or unauthorized repairs. Please see our Warranty Terms and Conditions for specific details.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Mobot is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. This includes any claims related to delays, non-delivery, or inaccuracies in product descriptions or information.
• You agree that any claim or cause of action arising from or related to your use of the service must be filed within one (1) year after such a claim or cause of action arose.
