1. Limited Warranty Coverage
Mobot Mobility Australia offers a limited 1-year warranty on all mobility scooters and electric wheelchairs, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies only to the device and its parts due to product defects and excludes any damage due to regular wear and tear.
2. Warranty Claim Process
If you experience an issue with your device within the warranty period, please contact us with the following:
Proof of defect (photos and/or videos).
A copy of the original purchase invoice.
Our team will review your submission and, if the issue falls within warranty coverage, we will ship replacement parts to you.
3. Shipping and Repair Guidance
For approved claims, Mobot Mobility Australia will cover the shipping costs for replacement parts.
We will provide a video tutorial to assist you in repairing the device safely and correctly.
4. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover any damage caused by improper use, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, or user error.
5. Additional Terms
Mobot Mobility Australia reserves the right to determine warranty coverage eligibility and to make the final decision on all warranty claims.
